Hello! We're the Lubensky family, owners and operators of North Ridge Farm, a 20 acre family farm located in Adair, Oklahoma and established in 2022

 

In 2012 our family decided to make a drastic shift in our diet, limiting our intake of processed food, cheap animal products, and refined sugars, and leaned into whole, organic foods, ancient grains, fermented foods, and locally sourced animal products.

In 2021 we decided to start looking for a small plot of land to take this lifestyle change to the next level and begin growing and raising as much food for our family as we could manage. Having been blessed with about 10x the amount of land we initially set out to find, we now find ourselves with an opportunity to not only provide for ourselves, but hopefully connect with, learn from, and trade with others.
